The video also shows 'The Hayemaker' smiling uncontrollably as he applauded the Gypsy King's incredible work inside the ring.
A brilliant reaction from Haye who once called Fury a rival after they were paired to fight in until injury forced him out. Speaking on BT Sport immediately after Fury's triumphant victory, Haye said he "witnessed greatness" while explaining Wilder's downfall.
It does change, but I find if you just do something regular that accumulates over the month, as opposed to having a really massive two hour heavy workout followed by two days rest.
I'd rather do a 70 per cent session five to six days throughout the week. I think fitness and health is an accumulative thing, like eating healthy.
Everything is in moderation. I'll try and do per cent good stuff and 15 to 20 per cent bad stuff. And that's the same thing for exercise, if you can train five days a week.
It doesn't have to be intense, it just needs to be something — continuously, every day. I don't feel there's one particular way of training that's beneficial.
There's not one particular way of eating or any particular diet as long as you're just sensible with it. Meal sizing is something I struggled with once I went from competing.
I used to eat 4, calories a day because I was training two, maybe time three times a day, so I can eat that. So then I stayed the same.
When you stop burning that many calories and you continue eating that food, you start putting on weight pretty rapidly.
After I finished competing I assumed I could just burn the calories off. And that wasn't the case. So I had to really be conscious of the portion sizes of whatever it is you're eating.
I always try and put my hand out over the plate and anything more than what your hand is it's probably unnecessary. You probably don't need any more than that to get the nutrients in whatever it is you're eating.
I try to do at least two long walks, for two hours, a week. Just a high-paced walk where you walk up and down, got stuff in your mind, put your earpods in, listen to a podcast or something.
You're not panting out of breath, but you're constantly burning and ticking over calories. It helps to do that before I go to sleep.
I find that very beneficial: not only just to keep the calories burning but just to get that fresh air. So many of us are in jobs — even me — that are indoors.
You've got the sun out there, you've got the fresh air. How often does somebody actually take deep breaths out there in nature? You forget it's always air conditioned; you don't see any of the sky.
T he first and arguably biggest change Haye made was dietary, deciding towards the end of to entirely cut animal products from his diet. Everyone should try it for one or two days a week.
To those questioning how a vegan could be so strong, he points to the animal kingdom. The only different is they eat so much more than we do.
I f Haye wasn't sounding new-age enough, his injury lay-off also saw him embrace meditation. Living in the city, he says, it can seem impossible to find silence and switch off.
It isn't easy to not think about anything, but you need to learn to clear it and focus your energy. I used to focus my mind and send love to my shoulder.
It definitely helped, or I thought it did.
